This wonderful villa, with exclusive swimming pool and fenced-in private garden, can accommodate11+ 2  people in 5 bedrooms (+ 1 double sof bed) and 3 bathrooms.
Villa "Il Canto" (160sqm) is located in the small village of Casale...

... situated in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines, immersed in the enchanting Tuscan countryside and surrounded by panoramic views of the  National Park of the  Casentinesi Forests.

The ideal place to spend your holidays in full relax and enjoy long walks along the trekking trails amongst chestnut and beech trees.

Just a few kilometres away you can visit the birth town of Giotto and Cimabue, the Etruscan archaeological excavations  of  Frascole and Dicomano is only 10 minutes away where you can find shops, supermarkets and banks.

From Dicomano's small train station you can comfortably take a train directly to Florence's city center in just 30 minutes, saving yourself all the hassle of city's traffic and parking.

Lake Bilancino is only 20km away and the endless long beaches of the Adriatic coast are 140km away.

The elegant villa has recently been tastefully refurbished. The property is composed of the villa, which accommodates 9 people, + 4 people in the dependance, an outdoor pool .

You can to reach the dependance  (2+2 leeps) from the private garden of the villa. The dependance composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in the dining/living area, 1 kitchenette and 1 bathroom.

The property is characterised by a small private consecrated chapel, a spacious furnished veranda, ideal for outdoor lunches, a wood oven, a BBQ and a fountain from which you can drink the fresh spring water of Ortale.

The pool and the surrounding garden are for exclusive use of the guests.

Accommodation:

Ground floor: Kitchen  ( equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine), dining room ,living room with 3 sofas, satellite TV,  1 double bedroom, 1  bathroom with water massage shower.

1st floor: 3 double bedrooms (in 1 double bedroom there is + 1 single bed),  bathroom with corner bathtub for 2 people

Facilities:
swimming pool ( open from apr. 20 to sept. 30 approx), garden equipped with sunbeds, spacious furnished veranda  ideal for outdoor lunches, a wood oven,  BBQ.
Dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, autonomous heating, satellite internet wifi
Baby cot available on request. Maid and chef available upon request

Dear Cristina, Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We particularly loved the main house and the pool area, and the lovely weather of course!! Thank you for the meal and wine you left us on the Sunday evening which was very thoughtful as we had not managed to buy any food. The beds were SO comfortable.
