If you are a big family or a large group of friends, the ideal place to spend your holidays in full relax and confort is this elegant property  with exclusive swimming pool and garden that can accommodate 17+2 people.

Villa Residenza  La Fonte with a big private garden, are in the small village of Casale situated in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines, immersed in the enchanting Tuscan countryside and surrounded by panoramic views of the  National Park of the  Casentinesi Forests. If you love the trekking and relax this is the place for you.

Just a few kilometres away you can visit the birth town of Giotto and Cimabue, the Etruscan archaeological excavations and Dicomano is only 10 minutes away where you can find shops, supermarkets and banks.

From Dicomano's small train station you can comfortably take a train directly to Florence's city center in just 30 minutes, saving yourself all the hassle of city's traffic and parking.

Lake Bilancino a perfect alternative to the seaside with every water sport imaginable up for rent, is only 20km from the property and the endless long beaches of the Adriatic coast are 140km away. 

For lovers of trekking and naturalistic excursions there are many paths in the woods of the Casentinesi Forest Park up to the peaks of Mount Falterona where the Arno river is born or to reach the small waterfalls of Calabuia.

Residenza LA FONTE is composed of 3 buildings: the main villa (9 sleeps), an annex  (2+2 sleeps) and a smaller villa  (6 sleeps) divided into 2 apartments and able  in 1 minute by car or a 3 minute walk in the grove.

1st floor: 3 double bedrooms ( In 1 double bedroom is available + 1 extra single bed) Bathroom with  bathtub for 2 people

(ground floor and with  access from the private garden of the main villa):  living room/dining room   area,  one double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in the living/dining area, and 1 bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen  (microwave, fridge, electrical stove, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine). From this level you go out to the private garden equipped with jacuzzi (the jacuzzi  is availale from med april to  September), table and chairs for dining al fresco

 

Small  villa (6 sleeps) made up of 2 apartments developed on several levels, not connected internally and each with its own entrance): Apartment on the upper level: P.T. kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine, air conditioning), dining/living area with satellite TV. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms (the beds can be separated on request), 1 bathroom with shower.

Lower level apartment: Gr. floor: dining/living area with kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, electric stove  ), 1 double bedroom (beds can be separated on request), 1 bathroom with shower.

Easy parking.

External description.  
salted-water swimming pool (11.50x5.50 depth 1.50m) opened mid april –end of september, outdoor heated hydromassage pool ( 3x3 depth 90cm - 4 seats or 2 comfortable loungers, opened mid april –end of september)  positioned in a panoramic area of the garden, sunbeds,   fenced-in equipped garden, a spacious furnished veranda ideal for outdoor lunches, a wood oven, a BBQ and a fountain from which you can drink the fresh spring water of Ortale, kitchen outside in the lodge.

Facilities:
wifi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board,autonomous heating, hairdryer, satellite TV, baby cot available on request.

For bookings of minimum 1 week:  available on request cooking class
