The Miramare apartment is based on the 6th and last floor of a recently refurbished residential building at a short walking distance from the beach.

The flat has sea view from all windows.

Centrally situated in the "Levante" area of Cesenatico, the apartment is located on the promenade, and for those interested in shopping it's a short walk from the "Piazza del Grattacielo".

Ideally located for the family who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in the welcoming coast of Romagna, as well as being close to the cultural sites of San Marino, Ravenna or  Ferrara, Cesenatico is not only a popular destination for summer holidays, for its characteristic port, for its long sandy beaches and for entertainments for both young and older, but also during the Christmas festivities, where stage settings of the birth of Jesus take place on the old, antique boats of  the "floating museum of the Marine".

Accommodation:
6th and last floor with lift, living/dining room, kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious furnished terrace with panoramic seaside views (furnished with table and chairs).

The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable antique furniture.
Satellite TV, DVD, washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooker, toaster, filter coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and iron board, autonomous gas heating.

Buongiorno, non ho avuto il piacere di incontrarla sarà per la prossima volta!! Volevo farle i complimenti per l'appartamento; ne avevo visionati tanti e mi ero un po' depressa. erano alquanto squallidi o con un arredamento da pensioncina anni 50, o con una vista su palazzi o lontani dal mare, ma poi ho trovato il suo, un po' più grande x le ns. necessità, ma ben arredato e con una vista impagabile !!! ci siamo trovati bene comodo al centro ed alla spiaggia, peccato che la settimana sia volata!! cordialmente Maria Recupero Menoni
