This small new property (sqm 100), offering 6 sleeping accommodations, can be the right choice for you.

Located in the heart of the Florentine Mountains, immersed in the Tuscan countryside and in the woods, it overlooks a beautiful valley with a view on the village and on the Apennines dividing Tuscany from Emilia Romagna.

The area is adjacent to the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, the Chianti Rufina and the Tuscan-Emilian  Apennines. This place is ideal to spend your holidays in Tuscany: it offers a real relax and  allows you to enjoy a wonderful landscape, to go trekking or  hiking on mountain trails, to taste the traditional cuisine and wine of Chianti Rufina and Mugello,to visit the Natural Park of the Casentinesi Forests and the several small villages and art cities around the property.

A few kilometers away you can visit the birthplace of Giotto and Cimabue, near Frascole there is a fascinating archaeological site containing the ruins of the ancient Romanesque San Martino Church and an Etruscan building from between the sixth and the first century BC.

The town of Dicomano, where you can find shops, supermarkets, banks and the railway station, is only 10 minutes drive from the property.
From the small railway station of Dicomano you can easily take a direct train to the historical center of Florence. In fact, the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station can be reached in just 30 minutes by train, allowing you to avoid the traffic and parking problems you might be having in Florence (Parking in  Florence is very difficult and expensive too)

The Bilancino lake  is 45 km away  and the endless beaches of the Adriatic coast (Rimini Riccione etc ...) are only 140 km from the property.

The elegant villetta ( 6 sleeps), semi-detached but with an exclusive and independent entrance, has been recently renovated with taste. The property offers at exclusive use of the guests:
The villetta, which can accommodate 4 persons,  a delightful dependance ( accommodating two more persons), an outdoor heated hydromassage bath in the fenced-in garden.

The heated hydrommassage bath, 4 seats or 2 comfortable loungers,  will make you appreciate the peace of these places even during the cool days in springtime or in autumn: the warm water pressure will make you feel  the stress evaporate and heighten your well-being.

The spacious veranda equipped with table, chairs and a barbeque, is ideal for  'al fresco' dining and will make this place even more fascinating.
Car parking is available, either inside or outside the property.
