Spacious Florentine apartment (about 95 sqm), located on 1° floor (with elevator) : it is situated in one of the liveliest quarters of the historic centre of Florence, very close to  Piazza Santa Croce.

Santa Croce  district, where the apartment is located,  is full of top-end wine bars, restaurants, gelaterias, bars and pubs, where it's possible to start a perfect Florentine evening in the best way.

Santa Croce is one of the major tourist centers of the town. It's important nevertheless to point out  the district still conserves the antique atmosphere of the city.

The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, theatres, museums and shops to satisfy any taste.

In mid june Piazza Santa Croce is set up for the colourful event of the Calcio Storico Fiorentino (litt. Florentine historical soccer).

Through the medieval core of town, you can reach Piazza Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizzi Gallery etc....
