Set amidst the greenery just outside Florence, Residenza La Fonte embodies a refined concept of urban chic: experiencing the city while enjoying the space, tranquillity and scents of the Tuscan countryside.

Just 14 minutes from Ponte Vecchio by car, the property offers easy access to the heart of Florence while also providing an ideal base from which to explore Chianti and some of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations.

Residenza La Fonte is a historic villa that has been completely renovated, where the original character of the residence meets entirely new interiors, systems and modern comforts.

The property is divided into two areas connected by a reconstructed historic bridge. On one side lies the villa’s private garden, with a 9 × 4 metre swimming pool (working progress)  and a hot tub nestled among the olive trees. On the other, approximately 5,000 square metres of private parkland with cypress trees, an organic vegetable garden and an outdoor kitchen currently under development.

The villa features six spacious bedrooms of approximately 33–35 square metres, each with a 180 × 200 cm king-size bed, private bathroom, soundproofing, wardrobes and minibar.

The interiors also include a kitchen of approximately 25 square metres and a private wine cellar.

The renovation has been comprehensive: all systems, amenities and interiors are new, while traditional Tuscan materials have been carefully incorporated throughout, including terracotta from the renowned kilns of Impruneta, parquet flooring and Rapolano travertine.

The location makes it possible to experience Florence while exploring Chianti and Tuscany with ease: Ponte Vecchio is approximately 14 minutes away, Train station Rovezzano 5 minutes, Antinori nel Chianti Classico approximately 30 minutes and Siena around one hour, with the airport and railway connections also within easy reach.

Residenza La Fonte is designed for international families and groups seeking privacy, space and authenticity, with Florence and Tuscany within easy reach.

PRICE AND SERVICE:

Residenza La Fonte is offered exclusively as a private rental of the entire property at a rate of 1.600 euros per night, regardless of the number of bedrooms actually used. 

The villa features 6 bedrooms, corresponding to 265 euros per bedroom per night. The total rate remains unchanged even if fewer bedrooms are used.” “The rate includes daily breakfast, shuttle service to and from the city centre with one round trip in the morning and one in the late afternoon or early evening, at agreed times and subject to availability; daily housekeeping for bedrooms and bathrooms by the Residenza La Fonte staff—guests are kindly asked to make bedrooms available by 10:00 a.m.; daily preparation of the pool area including sun loungers, pool mattresses and parasols; use of the swimming pool from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Requests for use outside these hours must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability and confirmation.” “Private Chef: a private chef is available upon request for lunch and/or dinner. This service must be requested at the time of booking, is subject to the chef’s availability and is offered at an additional cost.” “Additional Services:  cooking-class on request not included.
