Situated along the Arno River the Exclusive Torrigiani apartment is few steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and all the main monuments of Florence: you can walk everywhere, simply a perfect location for visiting Florence, in the Oltrarno district!

The area belongs to the Oltrarno district in Florence, that is south of the Arno River, here you can admire  some of the most famous and characteristic Renaissance buildings, the district is also known for its authentic flavor.

Within an easy walking distance you have the Santo Spirito Church designed by Brunelleschi, the Santa Maria del Carmine Church with its famous Brancacci Chapel containing Masaccio’s  frescoes, and the Palazzo Pitti.

The Old Bridge, the Uffizi Gallery and the Florence's Cathedral are easily reached on foot.

If you do not mind walking there are magnificent views of Florence from the Forte Belvedere and Piazzale Michelangelo, an unbeatable destination for an ice-cream or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The district  has many fine restaurants and shops, as well as an open-air market in the Piazza Santo Spirito ( open daily, mon-sat, 7am-4pm).

Second floor: dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, nice terrace overlooking the garden, the river Arno and with wonderful views on Florence’s monuments
